Our consultancy is shaped by over 16 years of direct frontline social work practice. From assessment, intervention, and complex court proceedings to relational social work and improving practice policies, we know the pressures teams face. As an accredited Signs of Safety trainer with extensive experience supporting students, ASYEs, practitioners, and team managers, we bridge the gap between national guidance and purposeful, child-centred practice.
